We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to strengthen our marketing team and optimize our digital presence in strategic markets. **Main Responsibilities:*** Website management and maintenance: * Administer the backoffice of the three corporate websites. * Keep content updated, optimize user experience and website structure. * Implement improvements in technical SEO and on\-page SEO. **SEM Campaign and Digital Advertising Management:*** Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, X.com Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. * Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and report KPIs. * Design strategies to improve qualified traffic and conversion rates. **CRM Maintenance and Updates:*** Update and manage customer databases within the corporate CRM. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper segmentation and workflow automation. **Analysis and Automation of Reports:*** Set up and analyze data in Google Analytics and similar tools. * Implement and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager. * Generate and automate digital performance and campaign reports. **Requirements:*** Previous experience in website backoffice management (Wordpress, Webflow). * Solid knowledge of SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads). * Knowledge of SEO (technical and on\-page) is highly valued. * Experience in CRM administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others). * Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. * Advanced level of English (written and conversational). * Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. * Residence in Málaga or availability to work on-site at our offices. **We Offer:*** The opportunity to join a company with global presence in strategic sectors. * Opportunities for growth and development in B2B digital marketing. * A dynamic and collaborative environment with international projects. * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skills. **How to Apply?** Send your CV and portfolio to eric.estrada@sptab.com with the subject "Applicant \- Digital Marketing Assistant \- \[Your Name]."
