CLEANER SDF (substitute) - Western Andalusia Delegation · Seville

**Position Objective** Perform cleaning tasks and other required functions in order to ensure optimal maintenance of the Organization's accommodation centers and facilities, under the supervision of the Accommodation Center Director at the Delegation and/or the Delegation Housekeeping Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out cleaning and upkeep of rooms, common areas/exterior spaces, bathrooms, offices within the centers or facilities, as well as the center’s exterior area. * Coordinate cleaning tasks with the housekeeping manager and linen management with other center staff to ensure cleanliness of infrastructure. * Report any repair and maintenance issues identified during cleaning activities, whether in rooms or common areas. * Collaborate in managing and organizing shifts and daily tasks as needed, under the supervision of the housekeeping manager or the Facility Manager, where applicable. * Participate in team meetings when required. **Education/Knowledge** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent basic vocational training, or professional knowledge acquired through work experience equivalent to such qualifications. * Proficiency in Spanish. **Experience** Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Professional Competencies** * Commitment. * Adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Relational and communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Empathy. * Problem-solving and proactive attitude. **Valued Skills** * Experience in the third sector. * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher. * Training in Gender Equality. **We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation * **Part-time** * Rotating weekend schedule on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8\-3 pm and 2:30\-9:30 pm * **Substitution contract** * Salary and working hours according to CEAR pay scales and collective agreement. * 25 working days of **holidays** \+ 5 personal leave days (pro-rated from start date) \+ December 24th and 31st as paid holidays per agreement * Social benefits from the CUIDA**(R)** Program: package of free or partially discounted services focused on physical well-being, emotional health, and peace of mind to support your daily life (psychology sessions, dental plan, nutritional advice, among others) * Workplace: **Majaravique, La Rinconada, Seville** **Code: 011/253122119/25\_616**
