**Company Description** Evoluciona Consulting is seeking a **Technical Director** for an electrical sector company dedicated to **electrical distribution and installations**, based in Córdoba and currently experiencing growth and professionalization of its structure. **Job Mission** Your mission will be to **ensure that all technical activities of the company (networks, installations, and customer services) are carried out safely, efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and aligned with business objectives**, guaranteeing supply continuity and quality while coordinating technical teams. **Main Responsibilities** Among others, you will be responsible for: **Technical-Operational Management** * Ensuring **continuity and quality of electrical supply**, minimizing outages, response times, and customer complaints. * Coordinating network operations: faults, maintenance, expansions, commissioning. * Supervising compliance with regulatory quality standards. * Managing the comprehensive technical service contract with the group's electricity distributor. **Project and Installation Management** * Managing and executing electrical installation projects and works. * Preparing, processing, and legalizing projects. * Daily monitoring of ongoing works, maintenance, and repairs for private clients; controlling **economic profitability** per project/activity and analyzing deviations. **Tenders, Projects, and Business Development** * Preparing, managing, and coordinating **tenders and bids with public administrations**. * Acquiring electrical installation projects and third-party service contracts. * **Economic-technical management** * Managing **warehouse, orders, and purchases**. * Managing the installer’s **cash-flow**: monthly updates and annual forecasts. **Team Management and Coordination** * Coordinating a team of approximately **8 people** (field technicians, installers, operators, subcontractors). * Work planning, resource allocation, and optimization of time and costs. * Acting as a **bridge between management, commercial department, and technical teams**. **Quality, Safety, and Regulations** * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental regulations**. * Maintaining up-to-date technical procedures. * Conducting periodic reviews (daily, biweekly, or monthly) of activities to identify issues and propose improvement solutions. **Support to Commercial Department and External Liaison** * Providing **technical support to the commercial department** (new connections, power upgrades, self-consumption, charging points, supply extensions, etc.). * Technical liaison with distributors, official agencies, municipalities, engineering firms, authorized installers, and other external stakeholders. **Minimum Requirements** **Education** Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Mechanical Engineering**, or related fields. **Professional Experience** At least **5 years of experience** in a similar role within companies focused on electrical installations and/or distribution, managing projects, teams, and technical works. **Technical Knowledge** In-depth knowledge of the **REBT** and High Voltage regulations. Understanding of the **regulatory framework of the electricity sector** (distributor vs. supplier, metering points, access and connection, etc.). Software for electrical installation design and calculation. Remote management, remote metering, and SCADA systems (in distribution companies). Sector-specific ERPs or CRMs (customer management, fault reporting, work orders). **Team Management** Demonstrable experience in **leading and coordinating technical teams**. **Key Competencies** Leadership, decision-making ability, results orientation, conflict management, responsibility, effective communication, and teamwork. **Languages and Tools** Intermediate level of English (**B1/B2**). Advanced proficiency in **office software (Excel)** and digital tools. **Other Requirements** Valid **Class B driver's license** and personal vehicle. Willingness to **relocate geographically** as required by the position (provincial/regional scope). **Desirable Qualifications** Experience in **medium voltage (MV) operations**, both live and de-energized, managing power outages on the network. Knowledge of **renewable energy and self-consumption systems**. Additional training in project management, PRL, quality, team leadership, or similar. Previous experience in technical leadership roles within energy or installation companies.
