**Job Description** --------------------------- Provide dietary counseling to educational and healthcare centers served by Aramark, analyzing the procedures and techniques required to develop balanced diets adapted to pathological conditions, within the framework of prevention and promotion of healthy habits, while complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. Act at all times ethically and in accordance with Aramark’s professional conduct policy. **Contract: Fixed-term (substituting for vacations and holidays)** **Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)** **Salary: As per collective agreement** **Job Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop diets tailored to each patient with special needs, conducting interviews on-site to identify food preferences and intolerances, evaluating each patient’s individual characteristics/pathology to determine nutritional status, dietary requirements, and potential nutritional deficiencies. * Prepare personalized diets according to various pathologies, adjusting energy intake, nutrient proportions, and the presentation and preparation of diet menus. * Organize and supervise the different meals and their distribution. * Assess the degree of acceptance of a menu by the center’s patient population, conducting follow-up interviews to introduce possible changes to menu components, evaluate outcomes, and define improvement plans. * Monitor extra products served to the hospital. * Ensure daily accounting of services provided to clients (\# of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners). * Analyze the procedures required to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations in the dietetics service, taking into account: food quality upon receipt, storage and preservation, degree of cleaning and disinfection of facilities, optimal environmental conditions, and waste disposal systems. * Control food handling processes, identifying the most appropriate transformation process for each type of food. * Collaborate with the kitchen in taking samples and temperature measurements, interpreting results from analyses performed on those samples. * Carry out health prevention and promotion activities for the center’s patients, drafting recommendations to be followed and informing patients and their families about the most advisable dietary habits based on each pathology. * Maintain ongoing attention and communication with patients to ensure service quality. **Qualifications** ------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare centers (hospitals, residential care facilities, etc.). * Required education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. * Additional training: Postgraduate or Master’s Degree in Dietetics. * Other: Candidate accustomed to managing a high volume of diners. * Spanish and English, as required by the contract and client needs. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office. **Education** ------------- **About Aramark** ----------------- **Our Mission** Service is at our core.
