Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—a new success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We seek a professional with extensive experience in **OutSystems**, capable of assuming a technical reference role within the team. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and implement technical solutions on **OutSystems**, following architectural and development best practices. * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting resolution of high-complexity incidents. * Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical designs. * Conduct code reviews and promote quality and development standards. * Design reusable components and optimize application performance. * Collaborate with the Tech Lead on the distribution of technical tasks. * Mentor and support junior and senior developers, driving their growth. * Participate in defining architectures, integrations, and deployment strategies. ### **✅ Requirements** * Solid experience developing with **OutSystems**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Service Studio, Integration Studio, AI Mentor, Architecture Dashboard, Lifetime**, and **ODC**. * Advanced knowledge of application architecture, development patterns, performance, security, logging, and error handling. * Experience with **REST, SOAP, SQL** integrations and connecting to external systems. * Knowledge of **DevOps**, deployment pipelines, and environment management. * Ability to provide technical leadership to the team, resolve blockers, and identify risks before they impact the project. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
