Training plan **Description:** ---------------- At CAD \& BIM SERVICES, we specialize in the BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing Spain's leading BIM implementation projects. Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed more than 1\.000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. This includes both proprietary projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently recruiting **a DOCUMENT CONTROLLER** to join one of our projects in **Madrid**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of engineering and vendor documentation across multiple projects. * Inputting information into CWX and CID. * Issuing notifications and communicating with clients. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to integrate into a major engineering project. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Information and Documentation or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft suite (SharePoint and Excel, including formulae and macros). * Experience managing engineering/construction projects. * Experience with Autodesk CDE and large-scale projects involving complex MIDP. * Power BI is a plus. * Ability to multitask. * Experience in access and permission management aligned with project folder structures is desirable.
