What Are We Looking For? We are currently seeking a Data Analyst for our Insurance Division to analyze company data with a customer focus, leveraging data mining from diverse sources within a Big Data environment, aiming to transform such data into actionable information for the company and provide useful reports and data visualizations to support decision-making. This includes filtering and segmenting data to deliver relevant information to customers. Additionally, the candidate must promote and drive new customer-oriented analytical approaches to deliver value to Business Units. What Would Your Main Responsibilities Be? * Maintain a clear business vision to help Business Units improve customer-related decision-making. * Provide data visualizations that enhance customer understanding. * Deliver quantitative analyses based on internal customer historical data to forecast customer behavior for Business Units, enabling alignment of commercial efforts with customer trends. * Deliver value-added contributions to Business Units aimed at improving decisions made. * Analyze and interpret results using various advanced techniques (e.g., regressions, advanced mathematical algorithms) and analytical tools to identify root causes of business area issues.
