Through our **Data Science Talent Program**, you will access specialized postgraduate training in Data Science while joining one of the Bank’s teams currently applying these methodologies. As a program participant, you will have the opportunity to pursue a customized postgraduate degree in Big Data & Analytics at one of the leading academic institutions in this field. You will learn about Big Data infrastructures, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Machine Learning. Additionally, for one year, you will serve as an intern student in one of the areas within the Santander Group currently using these tools—including Models&Data, Commercial Intelligence and CRM, Risk, Technology, and Management Control. This program is the first step toward launching your career in a sector undergoing full transformation—where Data Science is emerging as strategic. This program will demand significant effort from you. It is **mandatory that you are a final-year undergraduate student or a recent graduate** in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Telecommunications. If you already hold postgraduate qualifications in this field, they will certainly be valued. Additionally, a minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
