Technological evolution of the bank through microservices and cloud architecture design. **About the Team** At **Glintt Global**, through our business line **Glintt Next**, we are looking to hire a **Solutions Architect** to join **Banco Sabadell’s** team, where you will lead the comprehensive design of technological solutions in a banking environment, participating in key initiatives for platform transformation and modernization. In this role, you will be responsible for **translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and corporate-standard-aligned architectures**, ensuring technical quality, security, and long-term sustainability. You will work cross-functionally with development, product, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and security teams, guaranteeing that solutions comply with technical, regulatory, and financial-sector-specific principles. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include **designing microservices-, API-, event-, and cloud-based architectures**, preparing **technical documentation aligned with corporate standards**, participating in **technical committees**, and defining **best practices** contributing to the bank’s technological evolution. How do we envision you? * Solid experience as a **Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or senior developer evolved into architecture**. * End-to-end solution vision—from business understanding through design and technical governance. * Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments with multiple technical and functional stakeholders. * Analytical mindset, structured thinking, and ability to make long-term architectural decisions. * Collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a strong quality orientation. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in **solution architecture design** based on microservices, **REST APIs**, **event-driven architectures (EDA)**, and design patterns. * Creation and maintenance of **technical documentation**, **UML diagrams**, and models aligned with corporate standards. * Solid knowledge of **architectural principles**, security, performance, resilience, and scalability. * Definition and governance of **APIs**, synchronous and asynchronous integration (Kafka, AMQ). * Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)**. * Containers and orchestration: **Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift**. * CI/CD and repository/artifact management: **Jenkins, Bitbucket**. * Knowledge of **security and authentication**: OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway. * Observability: **Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch**. * Alignment with **enterprise architecture frameworks**, such as **TOGAF** or **BIAN**. **Nice to Have** * Modeling with **Archimate** and tools like **Bizzdesign**. * Knowledge of **Data Mesh, Lakehouse**, and transactional formats such as **Iceberg**. * **NoSQL databases** (document, graph, time-series). * Pipeline orchestrators such as **Airflow**. * Data virtualization with **Denodo**. * Knowledge in **Project Management** or **Service Management**. **What Will You Find at Glintt Next?** * Fixed salary \+ annual bonus. * 100% remote work with flexible hours. * Career development plan tailored to your competencies. * An outstanding, collaborative, and technical work environment. * Flexible compensation card. * Private and free health insurance. * 23 vacation days. **Who Are We?** We are **Glintt Global**, a leading consulting and technology services company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
