REQUIREMENTS **Education** Diploma as **Construction Technician or Senior Construction Technician**, or university degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, **Building Engineering**, or **related fields**. **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** **Technical Skills** Ability to **interpret and produce drawings**, construction regulations, surveying, measurements, and budgeting. **Experience** Valuable: **2 years of experience in the construction sector**, especially in **project planning and execution** or **tendering**. Experience in **coordinating multidisciplinary teams**, as well as interaction with **suppliers, clients, and internal departments**, will be highly valued.
