Job Description: MISSION: Responsible for defining and gathering functional and technical specifications of projects, preparing technical and user documentation to facilitate correct data usage, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, scalability, maintainability, and reusability policies in line with AXA standards. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Propose technical improvements in projects, maximizing their technological and functional versatility. * Identify “Quick Wins” in developed products and services, improving performance, availability, and responsiveness of data, applications, and services. * Provide functional and technical advisory support to internal and outsourced teams. * Define, implement, and develop application software and use cases according to business requirements. * Design and optimize business-oriented analytical models. * Maximize training and contribution from internal resources (e.g., resource pools) and external resources to AXA. * Plan and execute project technical and technological tasks, ensuring achievement of OTOBOS indicators while optimizing costs and delivery timelines. * Adapt communication language according to the target audience. PROFILE: Education: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related field. Knowledge: * In-depth knowledge of one or more critical and innovative market technologies, such as: Azure ecosystem (Storage Account, Data Factory, DevOps, SQL Database, Event Hubs, Key Vault), Databricks (PySpark, Scala, SQL), MongoDB. * Advanced English proficiency. Competencies: * Decision-making autonomy. * Analytical ability to translate requirements into practical solutions. * Adaptability and flexibility in response to changes or requests. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and multidisciplinary environments. * Capacity to drive new ways of working. * Orientation toward simplification and continuous improvement.
