Production Operator

Description

A position is offered in the manufacturing process of cellulose-based products for sanitary and hygienic use. The main responsibilities focus on actively participating in a dynamic production line, where adherence to quality and safety standards is essential. The role promotes collaboration and teamwork to achieve production goals, ensuring an efficient operational flow. Daily tasks include operating specialized machinery and performing repetitive tasks following established protocols. You will be part of a team that values organization and cleanliness—key elements for maintaining a safe and productive environment. Adaptability to varying work paces and the ability to follow instructions are required and essential for successfully performing this role. Working hours are rotating, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, including Sundays. Work takes place in an industrial park, within facilities designed to optimize logistics and efficiency. A temporary contract is offered, featuring a dynamic and collaborative environment, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. Previous experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or production sector is required, as well as availability to work rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—from Monday to Sunday. An intermediate level of Spanish is mandatory, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments must be demonstrated.
