At **Inetum**, a leader in digital solutions, we are seeking a **Technical Proposal Specialist for Software Development** to drive strategic proposals across all business sectors and throughout the national territory — although the primary focus will be on the central region, where public procurement holds significant weight. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze **Technical Specifications Documents (TSDs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)** and identify key opportunities. * Draft high-quality **technical proposals**, highlighting methodologies, use cases, governance models, and execution plans. * Coordinate with technical and operational teams to gather relevant information and generate customer- and opportunity-specific value propositions. * Present **improvements and value propositions** that differentiate us in every opportunity. **Requirements** * Knowledge of public procurement: Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP), European regulations, etc. * Proficiency in Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing this role at other IT consultancies. * Analytical ability: evaluating specifications documents, calculating costs, and assessing proposal feasibility. * Technical writing and argumentation skills: developing detailed, public-sector-focused value propositions. * Prior knowledge and experience in proposals for other sectors — banking, insurance, industry, utilities, and/or telecom — is desirable
