We conceptualize, design, manage, and communicate cultural, educational, and tourism projects, with museums, cultural centers, and heritage sites as our primary areas of activity. **Join our team!** **YOUR MISSION** We are seeking a **Museum Coordinator** with leadership ability, organizational vision, and passion for culture to coordinate the team and operational management of services at a prominent and prestigious cultural facility located in **Santander**. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY** * **Lead and develop the team:** coordinate, motivate, and guide the public-facing team, building a collaborative culture based on trust and shared growth. * **Ensure service excellence:** supervise the quality of visitor engagement in exhibition halls and audience management to ensure every visit becomes a seamless, inspiring, and memorable experience. * **Connect with the institution:** maintain smooth and empathetic communication with the client entity, thoroughly understanding its needs to strengthen the cultural space’s identity. * **Manage talent:** coordinate staff onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, and internal transfers, working closely with Human Resources departments. * **Resolve incidents:** respond efficiently to unforeseen situations. * **Contribute to continuous improvement:** prepare activity reports, statistics, and operational protocols that add value. **WHAT WE SEEK** * **Academic background:** in Art History, Fine Arts, History, Tourism, Humanities, Audiovisual Communication, Anthropology, Cultural Management, or equivalent fields. * **Languages:** native or bilingual Spanish; advanced English.
