Foster full social inclusion through community action **JOB ORIENTATION SPECIALIST / ORIENTA PROGRAM** **For the center located in La Ràpita** **Fundació Gentis** is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing **employability** and fostering **competency-based, emotional, and social development** among the most disadvantaged groups. At Gentis, we drive the mechanism to achieve **full social inclusion**, through community action, training, mentoring, mediation, family support, and psychological and therapeutic intervention. ##### **As a Labor Orientation Specialist at Gentis...** You will have the opportunity to: * Guide, motivate, and support individuals in their job search * Promote training and advisory processes * Support individuals facing difficulties in securing employment * Enhance their employability and facilitate both entry into and retention within the workplace ##### **What will you be responsible for?** * Welcoming participants * Promoting participants’ integration into the labor market and maintaining their employment * Mediating between supply and demand * Evaluating employability improvement pathways * Management and coordination * Cross-cutting tasks **Competency Profile** * Ability to convey module content in an understandable and meaningful way * Respect for the dignity of children and youth regardless of their origin or culture * Objectivity and ability to maintain optimal professional distance, establishing positive affective bonds that foster adolescent personal growth * Proficiency in office software and remote pedagogical resources * Ability to work individually and in groups * Empathy to better understand others * Ability to provide immediate responses in unforeseen situations * Crisis and conflict management skills * Creativity and ability to manage available resources * Ability to work under pressure * Knowledge of Department of Labor program management tools (GIA, Galileu applications) ##### **What qualifications do you need?** Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy Or, alternatively, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in labor orientation Familiarity with the local area (Ciutat Vella – Raval) Experience in labor orientation programs and management tools (Galileu) The staff involved in orientation and labor market prospecting must have gender perspective training, aimed at ensuring labor insertion free from sexist stereotypes and aligned with the competency-based employability model. ##### **What we offer** 1 full-time position (100%) **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, plus one afternoon shift (37.5 hours/week) ️ Intensive summer schedule (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) 1 hybrid workday per week **Position category**: Specialized Technical Staff – **€25,518.86 gross annual salary** **Start date**: Immediate ##### **Join our team and enjoy unique benefits!** At Fundació Gentis, we care for our team just as much as we care for the people we serve.
