Description
A machine operator is required to independently prepare, start up, and supervise production equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure a stable production process that meets quality standards
Prepare and set up the production line, including tool changes, manufacturing test parts, and performing necessary corrections. Operate machines and production lines independently, setting initial parameters according to specifications and adjusting measuring devices during production. Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring equipment, release parts in accordance with defined inspection instructions, and carry out relevant quality controls during the shift. Identify and report deviations from applicable quality requirements. Monitor the production process, detecting and resolving basic incidents or breakdowns. Record and verify production line data. Comply with safety, quality, and production standards.
* 1 year of experience. Experience in tasks specific to the position, within industrial production environments, and knowledge of extrusion processes
* Medium-level vocational training qualification (FP) in Mechanical Manufacturing (Metal Structures, and Product Development and Manufacturing)
* Temporary employment contract (12 months)
* Full-time work schedule
* Gross monthly salary ranging from '1558' to '1720'
* Other relevant information: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts (morning-night-afternoon). Initial temporary employment contract with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Continuous training provided by the company. Immediate incorporation.
