AUDIOVISUAL COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING STAFF

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate individual with an interest in culture and performing arts to lead communication and marketing efforts, supporting venue management and events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for coordinating and managing the venue’s communication and dissemination 2. Design and implementation of communication and cultural marketing strategies 3. Management of audiovisual and digital communication, including social media and video We are looking for a person passionate about culture and performing arts to join our team as Communication and Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing communication, venue promotion, and supporting the management of the venue and cooperative events. In the field of communication and marketing: \- Design and implementation of communication and marketing strategies (both cultural and general). \- Website management and design (WordPress). \- Management of the ticket sales platform. \- Design and implementation of promotional and communication campaigns for the company’s own shows and events. \- Liaison with sponsors, institutions, clients, and other external stakeholders. \- Implementation of marketing campaigns. In the field of audiovisual and digital communication: \- Design of posters and publication on social media. \- Preparation of press releases and newsletters. \- Editing of promotional videos for social media. \- Liaison with media outlets and radio stations. \- Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, DaVinci, etc). \- Management of the group’s social media accounts * Minimum 2 years’ experience. The candidate must have experience in audiovisual communication and marketing. As an added advantage, experience in cultural management will be highly valued. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: YES—if you also possess these skills, apply without hesitation: Venue management and theatrical space activation; Planning and execution of the performance calendar and venue usage; Liaison with artists, companies, and cultural agents; Supervision of logistics and technical support during rehearsals, artistic residencies, performances, etc.; Preparation of venue control documents and reports * Willingness to travel * Driver’s license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1700' to '1800' * Additional information of interest: The contract is for 6 months, with possible extension depending on workload peaks. The gross annual salary will correspond to the wage scales established in the applicable collective agreement.
