Job Summary: We are seeking a CMM Programmer for an industrial project in the machining manufacturing of aerospace gas turbine components, programming three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines using MCOSMOS. Participation in the evolution toward advanced programming We are looking for a CMM Programmer to join an industrial project in Zamudio, within the machining manufacturing area of aerospace gas turbine components. The selected candidate will be responsible for programming three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines using the MCOSMOS (Mitutoyo) environment, participating in the definition of measurement strategies and providing production support. We offer: * Stable project in the aerospace industrial environment * Integration into IDDTEK’s Advanced Manufacturing team * Technical environment with mixed technologies * Participation in the evolution toward advanced programming Responsibilities: * CMM programming (MCOSMOS) * Definition of measurement strategies for machined parts * Offline programming from CAD * Support in first-piece validation and issue resolution * Program improvement and standardization * FP2 or Technical Engineering degree * Experience in CMM programming * Knowledge of MCOSMOS; CAMIO is highly desirable * Interpretation of drawings and tolerances (GD\&T) * Experience in machining environments * Experience in offline programming and/or multi-machine environments * Basic English
