Job Summary: We are seeking a butcher/fishmonger to handle, cut, sell, and store products at a food company. Key Points: 1. Handling and cutting of meat and fish 2. Retail sales and product management 3. Full-time work with rotating shifts In Mutriku, a person is needed to work as a butcher or fishmonger in a food-focused company. Main responsibilities include receiving raw materials, handling, cutting, and selling to customers, as well as filleting fish or meat. Storage and handling of fish in refrigerated or frozen chambers, restocking display cases, and operating cutting tools such as knives, scissors, and fish scalers are also required. Additional duties include sharpening these tools, using vacuum packaging machines and plastic wrap, and performing other tasks inherent to the position. The contract is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a butcher or fishmonger. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. \- * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position
