Your primary mission will be to guarantee the proper operation and safety of facilities and various buildings, managing the technical maintenance team and coordinating necessary operations to achieve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and maximum service quality. We are looking for someone like you — with experience and technical vision — to lead the comprehensive maintenance of our buildings, ensuring that spaces are always ready for daily activities and that the technical team works in a coordinated and efficient manner. In your day-to-day responsibilities… You will plan and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for facilities (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, security, etc.). You will organize tasks for the technical team and subcontracted companies, considering internal needs, established planning, and ensuring deadlines and quality are met. You will ensure compliance with current technical, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting periodic building inspections and preparing technical monitoring reports. You will supervise inventory management of materials, tools, and budgets, keeping technical documentation, blueprints, and maintenance records up to date. You will propose improvements promoting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives for facilities. WORKING HOURS: 09:00\-17:00 CONTRACT DURATION: Permanent REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Level: Middle management Functional area: Maintenance. You have a minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles, managing technical teams and multiple facilities. You have worked with HVAC, lighting, and industrial refrigeration management and control systems. You have experience with audiovisual systems, auditoriums, and sound equipment. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Level: Technical Engineering Type: Electrical Engineering. Level: Higher Vocational Training Type: INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE. Building and Process Installation and Maintenance (LOGSE). EDUCATION NOTES: You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in facility maintenance or a related field. You will stand out if you hold a University Degree in Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar). You have training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), energy efficiency, or facility management. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Spanish, Basque. COMPUTER SKILLS: You understand how CMMS software (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) works. You possess solid office software skills. OTHER KNOWLEDGE: You have acquired solid knowledge in electricity, HVAC, hydraulic systems, BMS, safety regulations, energy efficiency, and/or audiovisual systems. OTHER NOTES: You enjoy leading teams, organizing tasks, analyzing situations, making decisions, resolving incidents, and communicating with internal and external clients.
