Our purpose is to accompany people throughout their aging process to improve their well-being, generating personalized knowledge and services that promote their autonomy and dignity. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Functional Analyst** to join our innovative team in an on-site format. The selected candidate will be responsible for **translating business needs into clear, implementable functional requirements**, acting as the **operational hub of the development team**, and facilitating the team’s daily work. Their primary objective will be to **enhance the clarity, fluency, and efficiency of development**, focusing on functional detail and providing daily on-site support to the team. Key responsibilities, among others, include: * Functional analysis and definition + Analyze user department and organizational needs. + Define clear, complete, and coherent functional requirements. + Draft detailed User Stories, including: business rules, functional flows, exceptions and edge cases, acceptance criteria. + Ensure stories are properly prepared before entering development. * Development support and validation + Act as the day-to-day functional point of contact during development. + Resolve functional queries from the team, especially during sprint execution. + Identify functional blockers, risks, or inconsistencies and escalate them when necessary. + Support the team throughout development to ensure correct functional understanding. + Conduct functional validation prior to final acceptance. + Collaborate closely with domain leadership to ensure alignment between vision, priorities, and execution. **Professional Profile** * University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical or business disciplines. * Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in software development environments. * Experience working with agile methodologies. * Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical, structuring, and communication skills. * Autonomy and sound judgment to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. * Basque language proficiency is valued. **Especially Valued:** * Experience in sociosanitary or complex service environments. * Experience with backlog management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or others). * Ability to serve as a functional reference role.
