This is a unique opportunity to lead the management of critical projects for a major client, working from our office in Mutilva. Occasional on-site visits to the client in Vitoria will be required. If you have a strong track record in managing complex projects within the energy sector, deep understanding of BESS technology, and are seeking a dynamic and challenging work environment, we invite you to consider this position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the execution of BESS projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. * Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Establish and maintain smooth and effective communication with the client, ensuring satisfaction and expectation management. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. * Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, resources, schedule, and budget. * Oversee logistics, material procurement, and contract management. * Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations and standards. * Prepare project progress reports for senior management and the client. * Facilitate problem resolution and decision-making to keep projects on track. **Position Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** Five (5\) years of demonstrable project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy or energy infrastructure sector. * **Specific BESS Experience:** Proven experience managing projects related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of BESS technology, including components, architectures, operation, and maintenance. * **Project Management:** Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile). * **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * **Problem-Solving:** Exceptional ability to identify and resolve complex problems. * **Risk Management:** Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks. * **Customer Orientation:** Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building solid relationships. * **Availability:** Availability to conduct periodic on-site visits to the client in Vitoria. * **Languages:** Advanced level of Spanish.
