Lead the development of collective listening spaces (assemblies), train participants across residential settings (residents, families and close associates, professionals, volunteers, etc.), identify rights violations, and advocate for organizational change—ensuring topics addressed in assemblies are integrated into Housing Plans. **Key responsibilities**, among others, include: 1. Promote the establishment of formal participation structures through Rights Assemblies in cohabitation units/residential settings. Teach how to design, convene, facilitate, and document assemblies. Guarantee inclusive, accessible, and comprehensible methodologies. Ensure participation opportunities for individuals with diverse support needs, cognitive profiles, and linguistic backgrounds. Teach how to collect demands, proposals, and concerns. Conduct follow-up, provide feedback on outcomes, and ensure traceability. 2. Promote accessibility of assemblies and implement reasonable accommodations to guarantee effective participation by all individuals. Assess communicative, cognitive, sensory, cultural, and attitudinal barriers. Design accessible materials (easy-read formats, pictograms, videos, visual supports) in collaboration with Matia Communications. Propose improvements in organizational, environmental, and procedural accessibility. Coordinate participation supports: mediation, interpreters, reference professionals, technology. 3. Training and awareness-raising: Design and deliver internal training on human rights, appropriate/inappropriate treatment, consent, participation, and ethics of care. Develop accessible guidelines, protocols, and didactic materials. Support the cultural shift toward a rights-based approach and full citizenship. 4. Monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement: Monitor implementation of assembly agreements and their integration into Person Plans, Housing Plans, or Center Plans, as applicable. Identify and disseminate Good Practices related to rights. Detect risks or potential rights violations and activate corresponding procedures, working collaboratively with Matia’s Human Rights Committee. Produce periodic reports and support improvement and innovation processes. 5. Promotion of the rights-based approach: Ensure alignment with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and other legal frameworks, collaborating with movements advocating for a UN Convention on the Rights of Older Persons. Foster an organizational culture centered on dignity, autonomy, participation, privacy, inclusion, and community living. Encourage family and community participation. ***Professional profile*** Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, Sociology, Law, Anthropology, or related fields. *Desirable:* Training in human rights, disability, decision-making support, universal accessibility, universal design for learning, easy-read communication, inclusive communication, and group facilitation. 2–5 years’ experience in social services, inclusion, residential settings, work with older adults or persons with disabilities, or social participation. DESCRIPTION **Position Objective** Plan, accompany, and monitor compliance with the Program’s obligations, with the aim of promoting the dignity, well-being, and community integration of unaccompanied minors and adolescents; reporting directly to the Territorial Manager of the Delegation. **Main Responsibilities** * Assume guardianship of minors within the facility. * Direct communication with the National Coordination team responsible for the Program. * Ensure adherence to the intervention criteria established by the organization and the Program. * Participate in team meetings and events organized by the territorial and national departments, as required. * Promote and establish relationships with local social resources (municipalities, neighborhood associations, social services, educational services, healthcare services, etc.). * Monitor and manage facility staff, as well as assigned trainees and volunteers. * Guide the team on implementing management manuals, procedures, and internal protocols for action and intervention. * Ensure that the team under supervision updates user data daily in the CEARNET application and other organizational databases. * Support accompaniment processes for particularly vulnerable minors and adolescents. * Supervise cohabitation among minors and adolescents, including conflict mediation and implementation of measures fostering a positive living environment and proper center functioning. * Plan and conduct group workshops jointly with the facility’s intervention technical team. * Prepare social reports and carry out duties inherent to social work with assigned minors. * Carry out necessary social work tasks for accommodated minors. * Perform required procedures enabling minors and adolescents to access social, healthcare, and educational services. * Draft follow-up, admission, extension proposal, transfer, mandatory/protective discharge, and referral reports. * Prepare reports, records, improvement proposals, and documentation required for Program management. * Record information in the SIRIA database, other organizational databases, and any additional databases dependent on Program management. * Assess, propose, manage, and monitor justification of financial assistance. * Monitor administrative and economic management tasks essential for correct Program implementation, coordinating with the Administration and Accounting Department and ensuring appropriate archiving and custody of documentation. * Review logistical management (purchases, restocking, inventory, insurance, suppliers) when necessary. * Guarantee compliance with current regulations governing centers and facilities. * Ensure application of Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety, and Health regulations at the facility.
