**If you are passionate about software development and want to join an innovative team in a company undergoing constant evolution, this is your place!** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative IT team where sharing knowledge and growing together is essential. * You will have real impact: you will develop technological solutions that optimize key business processes. * You will grow professionally: you will have access to continuous training and high-level projects to keep evolving. * You will feel valued from day one: your contributions will be essential to improving our systems and processes. **DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?** Within the **IT Systems Department**, we are looking for a person who will participate in managing employees’ digital workplace, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and managing corporate devices, working jointly with the Systems team on technological and digital transformation projects. · **User Support** * Resolution of first- and second-level incidents. * User support for Microsoft 365 tools. * Installation and configuration of equipment. * Incident tracking and escalation. · **Device Management** * Onboarding and preparation of new equipment. * Support for Intune management. * Inventory control and device compliance. * Basic configuration of Windows, Android, and iPhone/iPad terminals. · **Microsoft 365 Administration** * User account management. * License assignment. * Group and permission management. * Basic support for Exchange Online and Teams. · **Documentation** * Development of procedures. * Updating of technical documentation. * Creation of user guides. · **Project Participation** * Collaboration in migrations and deployments. * Support in pilot testing of new technologies. * Participation in projects related to AI and Microsoft Copilot. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?** * Proven experience (minimum 3\-5 years) in systems and digital transformation. * Experience leading development projects and working in multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to understand and optimize business processes with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset. * Communication skills to interact with users and identify technical and functional requirements. * Experience with **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and tools such as **Jira and Confluence**. **WHAT DO WE PROVIDE YOU?** You will be able to enjoy **1 day of telework.** **Flexible working hours** and intensive Fridays. ✅ We offer an indefinite contract from **the outset—we believe in stability and professional growth.** You will enjoy an **8% discount** on all purchases at any establishment within the Group.
