You’ll be the technical reference within the platform to identify incidents, support operational teams, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Your work will help guarantee efficient goods flow, ensure data accuracy, and maintain continuity of daily operations. **Your daily responsibilities include:** * Managing and supporting use of the warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring correct execution of logistics operations. * Understanding warehouse operational flows and their configuration within the system to guarantee efficient operations. * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents related to goods receipt, movement, and dispatch arising from the platform’s daily activity. * Providing technical support to operational teams in using IT systems and workplace tools. * Collaborating with various departments to ensure data quality and continuity of logistics processes. * Participating in continuous process improvement projects and implementation of new system functionalities and procedures. * Becoming the go-to person for resolving incidents linked to operations and warehouse management systems. * Contributing to agile, efficient, and business-aligned logistics platform performance. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
