**Description:** ---------------- LLINARSPORT is seeking an Aquatic Lifeguard residing in the comarca of Osona, specifically from the EAS Taradell club. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the facility’s regulations regarding the use of installations and assigned equipment, as well as attending to and managing any requests from members while continuously safeguarding user safety. Monitoring the pool water surface under specific criteria while on lifeguard duty, promptly detecting and assisting—on a first-response basis—any person experiencing difficulty or risk within the aquatic zone. Responsible for the proper use of facilities and equipment in accordance with the entity’s directives, advising users during scheduled hours, and managing incidents and/or client requests. **Contract:** Indefinite **Schedule:** Saturdays, Sundays, and working holidays from 15:00 to 20:00 **Category:** 3 (sectoral collective agreement) **Workload:** Approx. 25% **Mandatory Requirements:** Registration with ROPEC as a lifeguard and possession of a negative certificate regarding sexual offenses. **Requirements:** ----------------- **MANDATORY EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Aquatic lifeguard certification * Certificate of registration with the Catalan Government’s Registry of Sports Professions (ROPEC) * Negative certificate from the Sexual Offenses Registry **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) courses * Oral proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish * Outlook knowledge **THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES WILL BE VALUED:** * Client orientation * Passion for sports * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Results orientation * Communication skills **Availability for weekday substitutions and summer season coverage will also be valued**
