Description
We are looking for a **monitor** to join the **Aula de Colors**, an educational space offering academic support and emotional guidance for children in grades 1–6 from Aiguafreda and Sant Martí de Centelles.
The project combines academic reinforcement with playful and socio-educational activities, promoting emotional well-being, coexistence, and the holistic development of children.
**Responsibilities**
* Support children in completing school assignments and developing study habits.
* Accompany children during welcome moments and snack time, fostering healthy habits and positive coexistence.
* Facilitate cooperative games, workshops, and socio-educational activities.
* Promote respect, coexistence, and dialogue-based resolution of everyday conflicts.
* Identify and report to the responsible educator any possible emotional or social needs or warning signs.
* Ensure children’s safety and proper use of the space and materials.
* Assist in attendance tracking and basic session recordkeeping.
* Guarantee confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in academic reinforcement or educational support.
* Experience facilitating activities with primary-school-aged children.
* Knowledge of emotional education, coexistence, and conflict resolution.
* Residence in Aiguafreda, Sant Martí de Centelles, or nearby municipalities.
**Offer**
* Contract until **June 25, 2027**.
* Weekly schedule of **3.5 hours**.
* Hours: **Mondays and Thursdays, from 4:30 PM to 6:15 PM**.
* Workplace: **La Muntanya School in Aiguafreda**.
* Monitor classification under the **Collective Agreement for Social Action**, with a gross monthly salary of **€163.94**.
* Expected start date: **September 28, 2026**.
* Participation in an educational project coordinated with local social and educational services.

**Requirements**
* Qualification as a leisure monitor or related training in the socio-educational field.
* Interest in and sensitivity toward supporting children.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
