Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues effectively. **Job Description:** ---------------- TALENT SERVICES (Castilla Group) is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a company specialized in the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment, located in Cassà de la Selva (Girona). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment. * Carry out general inspections of equipment and diagnose mechanical and electromechanical failures. * Replace and adjust components (gaskets, sensors, and other electromechanical parts). * Perform welding tasks during specific interventions. * Provide post-sales support, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with an indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break. * Salary to be determined based on relevant experience. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the industrial sector. * A vocational training qualification (FPII) or higher vocational training certificate (CFGS) in Mechanical Manufacturing or a related field is desirable. * Knowledge of hydraulics, electromechanics, and welding. * Ability to work autonomously. * A proactive, dynamic individual with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
