We are Evenia Hotels, a hotel chain headquartered in Barcelona, with over 50 years of experience in the industry and 15 hotel complexes across 3 countries: Spain, Andorra, and Panama. We continue to grow and currently employ over 1,400 staff members. Additionally, we operate other business lines including a travel agency, a congress palace, and extensive expertise in event organization and catering. We are seeking to hire a Reception Assistant for our 4\* hotel in Lloret de Mar, Girona. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us? * You will assist with the guest check\-in and check\-out process, ensuring accurate system updates. * You will assist guests with information regarding hotel services and local attractions. * You will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other departments to coordinate guest needs. * You will coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * You will support lobby organization, maintaining a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
