WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU Rheinmetall Expal Munitions is recruiting an OHSE Manager (m/f/d) for our Trubia factory (Asturias). **Main responsibilities include:** * Taking personal responsibility for one’s own safety and for the safety of employees, contractors, and visitors. * Committing to site/plant/work center goals and objectives, ensuring their implementation within one’s area of influence and supporting continuous improvement. * Ensuring training and resources necessary to comply with Life-Saving Rules, the OHS policy, and the OHS management system—including all related updates. * Establishing and maintaining KPIs. * Identifying required resources to ensure compliance with local legislation and internal requirements. * Attending Safety and Health Committee meetings. * Managing the workplace accident investigation tool. * Conducting and keeping up-to-date risk assessments and environmental impact assessments arising from operational activities. * Developing an emergency response plan. * Promoting environmental management awareness across the plant. * Ensuring implementation of the plant’s Environmental Management System (ISO 14001\). * Promoting training initiatives. WHAT WE REQUIRE * Technical university degree in Engineering or Chemistry; Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety. * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in industrial environments. * English proficiency level B2\-C1\. * Knowledge and application of current regulations, emergency response plans, and process risk analysis. * Demonstrable experience managing teams and processes.
