**About the Role** Responsible for supporting operations in the Paper Machine Manufacturing area through implementation of the company's continuous improvement tools, as established in strategic plans. **Job Responsibilities** * Implementation of tools and methods specified by the company and aligned with OGSM strategies. * Process improvement and TPM. * Collaboration with the machine process leader. * Collaboration with the maintenance department and other company departments. **Who You Are** * Communication skills (including public events and activities) * Ability to lead continuous improvement projects * Ability to influence people through appropriate tools and methods. * Creativity * Analytical ability * Knowledge of Paper Machine Manufacturing processes is a plus. * Technical education **What We Offer** Split-shift working hours.
