We are seeking an administrative assistant with at least 12 months of demonstrable experience in the role. Among the required qualifications, preference will be given to candidates holding a Technical Medium or Higher qualification in Administration and Finance. Knowledge of Caiconta and Classicges software will also be considered an advantage. A permanent, full-time contract is offered. Responsibilities will include general administrative management of the company and handling accounting and management tools. It is essential that the required experience and qualifications be registered in the candidate's unemployment registration (demand for employment) to enable processing of the application.
