Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to assume full responsibility for the IT infrastructure, administering servers and networks, and participating in the central IT strategy and global projects.

WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU
* Full responsibility for the company-wide IT infrastructure, aligned with framework conditions and global guidelines.
* Advanced management and supervision of:
+ Computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
+ Warehouse IT equipment and systems.
* Administration and optimization of servers, networks, system infrastructure, and connections (on-site and/or cloud-based).
* Participation in the central IT strategy and collaboration with the global IT department.
* Implementation of the central IT strategy in accordance with business requirements.
* Resolution of critical incidents and high-level support (L3\).
* Coordination and management of external vendors, service providers, developers, and technology partners.
* Management of IT requirements, acting as liaison between business expectations and experts/developers/programmers.
* Implementation and maintenance of IT, information, and cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, and business continuity.
* Configuration and management of on-premises Active Directory (AD) structures; development of authentication and centralized access management solutions based on business requirements and security governance functions.
* Technical documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes in the central CMDB and LeanIX tool.
* Collaboration on global projects and cooperation with external and internal global partners.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar IT roles.
* Advanced knowledge in:
+ Corporate infrastructure and hardware
+ Networks, communications, and connectivity
+ Servers and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
+ TISAX or similar standards
+ Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, autonomy, and results orientation
* Proficiency in English (mandatory) for technical communication and international coordination
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
* Experience in industrial or logistics environments.
* Experience with SAP environments and leading SAP-related projects.
* Knowledge in virtualization, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), and cybersecurity.
* Strategic thinking and focus on continuous improvement.
