




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support, including communications, translations, presentations, meeting coordination, event planning, and travel management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administrative support to management 2. Management of communications, events, and travel 3. Daily communication with international teams The candidate will provide administrative support to management. Main responsibilities include drafting communications such as emails and other important documents. The role also involves translating texts, preparing presentations, and handling incoming phone calls. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate meetings and events, as well as manage travel arrangements. This is a temporary contract with an initial duration of one month, extendable up to a maximum of six months. Working hours are full-time, from 08:30 to 17:30. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Studies related to Executive Assistance. * Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for daily communication with international teams and clients. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Ability to organize and efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Discretion, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously.
