Forklift Operator

Description

In Noáin, Navarra, an experienced forklift operator is needed to join the team of a logistics-sector warehouse. Main tasks include operating counterbalance and reach trucks for loading, unloading, and moving goods, ensuring a continuous flow of materials with full safety and efficiency. Storage, order picking, and stock replenishment duties will also be performed, along with basic equipment maintenance and reporting incidents to the supervisor. Initial training will be provided to familiarize candidates with procedures and safety regulations. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts: morning shift (6:00–14:00\) and afternoon shift (12:00–20:00\), facilitating work-life balance. The company values punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Daily tasks include verifying goods documentation and coordinating with the dispatch team. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory, and breaks are scheduled in accordance with regulations. Facilities are modern and equipped with well-maintained machinery; periodic inventories are conducted to monitor stock levels. We seek an organized individual with attention to detail and strong communication skills. Prior experience in logistics is desirable. The contract is permanent following a probationary period, with immediate start date. The annual gross salary is €21\.000, subject to performance-based review.
