Collaborate closely with the Head Cook and the rest of the team to ensure service excellence, sharing knowledge and fostering teamwork. **Education/Training:** *Essential:* Intermediate or advanced degree in hospitality *Desirable:* Qualification in nutrition and/or alternative nutritional therapies **Experience:** *Essential:* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or higher position at established-level restaurants *Desirable:* Minimum 2 years’ experience in kitchens with a health-focused concept.
