In Figuerola del Camp, a position is available to carry out proactive and reactive maintenance of production machinery at a food processing plant. Duties include responding to urgent breakdowns, sharpening cutting blades, performing preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with manufacturers, and managing spare parts and technical documentation. Constant communication is maintained with the Production and Quality departments, and continuous improvement initiatives are supported by proposing adjustments that enhance equipment reliability. A proactive attitude to detect potential faults before they occur is required, along with the ability to work collaboratively with operators and other technicians, and versatility in mechanical, electrical, and welding tasks. Experience in PLCs and automation is valued. Strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations is mandatory, maintenance records must be kept up to date, and coordination with external suppliers is required when necessary. The role demands adaptability to shift changes according to the established schedule. Minimum 1 year of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial environments. Solid foundation in electromechanics with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with PLC environments and ability to interpret schematics. Demonstrable experience in electrode and MIG welding. Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in the relevant specialty. Completion of the "Electromechanical Vehicle Maintenance Operations" course (260 hours, 2007\) is valued. High level of Spanish (C1\). Organizational skills, proactivity in managing procurement and recordkeeping, and a strong willingness to collaborate as part of a plant-based team.
