




Combinats SCCL is seeking an administrative assistant to support the entity's economic and administrative management tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for accounting and tracking invoices, coordinating with the management office, and other tasks related to internal daily operations. 1\. Account for invoices issued and received by the entity, as well as track them using bank statements 2\. Record daily customer payments in the business management software (Oddo) 3\. Coordinate communication with the management office on labor and tax matters. 4\. Prepare budgets through B2Brouter. 5\. Manage the entity's email account. 6\. Manage the employee time-tracking application. * Experience 2 years. A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar administrative tasks is required, especially in accounting and document management. Prior experience using management software such as Odoo and invoicing platforms like B2Brouter will be valued. * MEDIUM LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time (20 hours \- weekly working hours)
