Location: Tarragona. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site presence of personnel and subcontractors. * Verify proper surface preparation (cleaning, leveling, priming). * Supervise the application of waterproofing systems (asphaltic membranes, PVC, EPDM, polyurethanes, etc.). * Ensure execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Inspect finishes and watertightness. * Identify and correct defects (cracks, overlaps, critical points). * Conduct waterproofing tests where required. * Manage on-site resources: materials, labor, machinery. * Be responsible for tools and equipment on site. * Serve as the main point of contact and coordinate with the client during on-site work. * Resolve issues. * Hand over completed works. * Carry out site layout and planning, subject to prior authorization by the Production Manager. * Monitor work execution: quality, occupational health and safety (PRL), and delivery deadlines. * Report project status and measurements of completed work to the Production Manager. Requirements * Knowledge of civil engineering and building construction. * Expertise in waterproofing, industrial painting, and cladding. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Training: Preventive Resource (60 hours). * Specific training: working at heights, confined spaces, platforms, etc. Benefits * Competitive salary. * Stability in an established company. * Professional development opportunities.
