




Job Summary: We need to hire a Team Leader to plan, organize, manage staff, supervise clients, and control material expenses, with occasional cleaning support duties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize staff, with the ability to resolve incidents. 2. Supervise clients and ensure proper service delivery. 3. Perform various tasks including material control and cleaning support. We need to hire a Team Leader for a 6-hour daily schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 13:00. Plan, organize, and cover staff vacations. Manage and reorganize services in case of sick leave. Supervise clients and ensure proper service delivery. Monitor material consumption and expenses. Keep all staff employment documentation updated and signed. Occasionally assist with cleaning duties. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in staff management and interaction, organizational skills, and incident resolution capability. Basic computer knowledge. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning shift (30 hours \- monthly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1800' * Additional relevant information: All travel during working hours will be compensated.
