Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and versatile production operator to work as part of a team, performing tasks such as preparation, handling, packaging, and palletizing of products in the food industry. Possibility of permanent employment We are looking for a production operator in Valls, Tarragona, with experience in the food industry. Availability to work three rotating shifts per week—covering mornings, afternoons, and nights—is required. The selected candidate must be motivated, stress-tolerant, and capable of working effectively in a team. Dynamism, versatility, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally will be valued. Responsibilities include preparing and recording production orders using digital tools, moving loads up to 25 kg, and transporting materials using forklifts (counterbalanced and reach) and pallet trucks. Handling raw materials using scales, mixing products according to instructions, packaging and palletizing finished goods, and performing cleaning tasks in production areas will also be required. Compliance with quality and environmental standards is essential. Relevant vocational training in the industrial sector and experience in physically demanding roles will be valued. A valid forklift operator license and availability for rotating shifts are mandatory. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of permanent employment. Working hours will be Monday to Friday on the third rotating shift per week, with weekends off.
