Fundació Intermedia is launching a selection process for an intervention project with vulnerable young people. The Training Manager is the person responsible for the overall management of the program’s training activities, particularly technical-professional and transversal training. This role leads coordination with training centers, ensures methodological coherence, guarantees proper administrative management of training actions, and oversees the adaptation of methodologies to the target group of young people. It is a strategic role that connects planning, quality, administrative management, pedagogical coordination, and relations with training centers—ensuring that training meets both territorial and programmatic needs. Plan and coordinate globally the program’s training activities. Design and monitor the schedule for technical-professional and transversal training. Coordinate\-with training centers and other local training stakeholders. Identify and select appropriate training resources and activities aligned with the needs of young people. Ensure training activities align with the program’s objectives and requirements. Coordinate the organization and calendar of various training activities. At least 2 years’ experience managing occupational training programs. Experience coordinating training, liaising with training centers, and managing groups. Experience in administrative management related to training (GIA, Galileu, SPIN). Experience in SOC programs and European Social Fund initiatives is desirable.
