Main Responsibilities: * Property and client acquisition. * Management and follow-up of buyers and sellers. * Conducting commercial property viewings. * Negotiation and closing of transactions. * Publishing and managing properties on real estate portals. * Personalized advisory support throughout the entire buying/selling or rental process. Requirements: * Commercial or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus). * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Negotiation ability and results orientation. * Organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media. * Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
