We are currently seeking to hire a Cook with at least two years of solid experience to join our team at Hotel Pino Alto, located in the Miami Platja area. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about gastronomy, with a strong sense of responsibility and an unwavering commitment to excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the hotel’s established recipes and standards. * Manage daily mise en place, ensuring availability of all necessary ingredients and utensils. * Maintain rigorous standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, complying with current health and safety regulations. * Collaborate in menu planning and execution, especially regarding buffet services, ensuring variety and quality of options offered to guests. * Supervise and control food quality from receipt through final preparation. * Participate in inventory management and raw material stock control, reporting on replenishment needs. * Ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen machinery and equipment. * Adapt to production requirements, working efficiently to meet service timing deadlines. * Maintain a proactive and collaborative attitude with other kitchen and front-of-house staff. * Contribute to a positive and professional work environment. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience of at least two years as a Cook in hotels or hospitality establishments of similar category. * In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation. * Strong ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. * Firm commitment to hygiene and food safety standards. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. * Flexible working hours, including availability to work weekends and holidays if required. * Passion for cooking and dedication to customer service. * Experience in buffet preparation will be considered a plus.
