Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual early childhood educator to support and care for children, plan educational activities aligned with the British curriculum, and promote learning through play. Promotion of learning through play and experimentation We seek an early childhood educator who can communicate\-in English and actively participate in the center’s daily operations. We are a bilingual nursery located in Salou, implementing the British curriculum with the aim of providing high\-quality education for children from their first months up to age 5, in a safe, stimulating, and affectionate environment. Our educational project combines learning through play, emotional and social development, and linguistic immersion in English and Catalan/Spanish from the earliest stages. At our nursery, we advocate for close and personalized education, where each child is unique and receives the attention and support needed to grow with confidence. We work in small groups to ensure individualized follow\-up and foster a familiar, welcoming atmosphere. We offer families a close, transparent, and high\-quality service based on constant communication, mutual trust, and collaboration between educators and families. We believe this relationship is key to supporting children’s well\-being and holistic development. Support and care for children in their daily development, ensuring their well\-being, safety, and emotional needs. Plan and implement educational activities according to the center’s pedagogical project and the British curriculum. Promote learning through play, experimentation, and discovery. Use English as the primary language of communication with children inside the classroom. Support daily routines: greeting children, hygiene, breakfast, lunch, and playtime. Prepare educational materials and spaces before activities. Maintain order and care for classroom spaces and educational materials. Collaborate with the educational team in activity planning and monitoring children’s development. Communicate\-with families in a close and respectful manner about children’s daily experiences. Participate in team meetings and center activities. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in caring for and attending to infants and young children, ensuring their well\-being, safety, and emotional development. Participation in planning age\-appropriate educational activities aligned with different stages of child development, promoting learning through play, creativity, and experimentation. Experience organizing weekly activity schedules, preparing educational materials, and facilitating pedagogical proposals within the classroom. Supporting children in daily center routines (greeting, hygiene, meals, rest, and playtime). Teamwork with other educators to ensure a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment, as well as communication with families regarding daily life and children’s progress. Also experience managing groups of young children and creating a positive, respectful educational environment. * Medium\-Level Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grado Medio) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Certified First Aid Training, Criminal Record Certificate for Sexual Offences.
