Ongoing training and camaraderie At L’Autentico by Francesco, an italo\-Mediterranean restaurant in Cubellas, we continue expanding and seek to hire a waiter/waitress eager to work, learn, and join a distinctive project. Our restaurant combines Chef Francesco Peretto’s authentic Italian cuisine with the Mediterranean essence of the historic Náutic — an iconic Cubellas venue for nearly 60 years.
