Previous experience in the hotel sector or tertiary building projects will be valued. **• Management Skills:** Ability to lead projects from concept to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while meeting deadlines and budgets. **• Interpersonal Competencies:** Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors. **• Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
