The role’s mission is to ensure production planning, material procurement, and system manufacturing within a demanding and dynamic technical environment. What will you do? * Plan production in a **multi-project environment**, ensuring deadlines, sequencing, and resource allocation. * Manage **material procurement**, coordinate with purchasing, and ensure availability for manufacturing. * Supervise system and equipment manufacturing in **prototype mode**. * Interpret technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and prototype documentation. * Track internal orders and monitor production progress. * Define and review product **roadmaps** in a prototyping environment. * Evaluate supplier capabilities, processes, and technologies. * Analyze risks and anticipate technical needs in a multi-project environment. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, production, and logistics. * Support technical decision-making related to process phases, materials, and planning. Essential Requirements * Qualification in **Electronics Vocational Training (FP)**, **Telecommunications Engineering**, **Computer Engineering**, or an **equivalent university degree**. * **3–5 years** of experience in production planning, prototyping, or multi-project industrial environments. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and office software. * Advanced knowledge of: + Interpretation of project and prototype documentation. + Management of internal orders. + Engineering and prototyping processes. + Material management and SAP Production in prototyping environments. + Phases and HR/PPI roadmaps. + Evaluation of prototyping supplier capabilities. + Preferred components for rapid procurement and PAC/PM decisions. + Technical anticipation capability and multi-project analysis.
