Qualifications: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Administrative Management. Minimum required experience: 6 months in customer service. Contract type: Permanent. Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Tasks to be performed: \- In-person customer service at the counter. \- Telephone customer service. \- Administrative tasks such as document digitization. * 6 months’ experience in customer service. * CFGM in Administrative Management * Competencies / knowledge: Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite.
