Description

A winery in the region is seeking an Assistant. It offers a three-month full-time contract to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. Gross monthly salary is €1,778 paid in 14 installments. Training in Viticulture, Oenology, or related fields, as well as prior experience in wineries or harvest campaigns, will be valued. Ability to perform physical labor and handle loads. A responsible, organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and comply with quality, hygiene, and safety procedures. Flexibility regarding working hours. Valid driving license type B and personal vehicle required to access the workplace. The selected candidate will support the winery team during the grape harvest campaign. Main responsibilities include: Receiving and unloading grapes. Selecting and classifying grapes. Cleaning and preparing tanks, machinery, and winery equipment. Supporting wine production operations: mustering, pump-overs, racking, pressing, and other tasks inherent to the process, following instructions from the winery manager. Cleaning and disinfecting facilities, equipment, and tools, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. Handling hoses, pumps, and other winery-specific machinery. Assisting with bottling and product packaging tasks, if applicable. Complying with occupational risk prevention and safety protocols. * Minimum 3 months’ experience as a winery worker or in harvest campaigns. * Competencies / knowledge: Responsible, organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. Interest in the wine sector and eagerness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and comply with quality, hygiene, and safety procedures. Availability and requirements: Availability to work throughout the entire harvest campaign.
